Quality management:(Responsible for quality of call, call script of operator; Improve quality the call and develop operator to be professional)

People management(Supervise desk collection operator activity; Training, coaching and refreshing operator; Monthly shift arrangement for operator; Joint to test to select the new candidate for EC operator)

Technical management:(Report technical issue and come up with solution; Co-operator with IT for fixing the issues; Other requirement from supervisor)

Administration tasks for team : prepare daily report

 REQUIREMENT :

• At least Bachelor's Degree [S1], any field.
• At least 2 years experiences in supervisory level for handling Desk Collection team. 
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Good Communication Skill
• Can speak English, its more advantage
