The overall role requirements are include planning, execution, development and troubleshooting for content team

Is responsible for the content team performance

Increase database from various sources (like SDC, online, websites, directories, associations & others sources)

Ensuring databases quality and on-going maintenance of databasesat 80% accuracy

Provide and maintain reports

Job Responsibilities

• Report parallel to HQ and country manager
• Ensuring data input and other job division within content team is meeting the target
• Ensure the data mining processes is smooth
• Ensure and maintain the quality and accuracy of database 
• Suggest and implement process flow enhancements, incentive or penalty schemes that will increase the content team performance and the quality of databases
• Provide and maintain reports for HQ
• Conductanalysis and tracking on content team performance, quality and accuracy of databases to HQ
• Conduct necessary trainingsto improve  content team performance, quality and accuracy of databases
• Reporting on the effectiveness of  computer system
• Ensuring and identify records to be maintained and documented on a regular basis
• Communicating key target, due dates, statistics and enhancements to content team
• Ensuring the accuracy of monthly payroll and other related supporting reports
• Propose Incentive revision when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technologyor equivalent
• Must be result oriented, highly motivated, attention to details and ability to work independently
• Strong leadership skills with operational experience
• Strong  data analytical skill
• Ability to manage processes, process improvement, planning, controls and dealing with complexity
• Willing to work long hours when needed and able to work under pressure
• Possess good written and communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools and other applications
