CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
We are searching 2 Customer Service Engineers to work in Jakarta base, who can meet below requirement:
Job description:
Make SOP and guidance of technical (Installation, Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshoot)
Monthly site visit for preventive and corrective maintenance
Make reports for site issues
Weekly report to country manager, weekly meeting with customers, monthly report to customers on after sales service update
Inventory and sparepart pool management
Call center and maintenance trouble ticketing
Assist and support Customer Service and Sales Unit in local office to achieve business objectives
Provide timely response and support to customer’s request for services or assistance
Handling and coordinating the return and repair service of in- and out-of-warranty faulty items
Job requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Customer Service/Electrical Engineering minimum 5 years progressive experience in technical support, power system, networking, network security, engineering functions with very strong fundamental understanding of telecom network and routing environments.
Prior Demonstrable Experience working as a technical escalation within a NOC or SOC is desired.
Advanced experience with a wide variety of energy solutions such DC power, inverter, solar solutions .
Strong technical understanding of network fundamentals and DC power system
Team-work skills
Strong ownership and a can-do attitude.
