Business Development Manager :
Understanding all the concepts within Ismaya Group to be able to develop and expand business by surveying and identifying new potential locations
Taking the lead in dealing w Mall Management to negotiate existing and new lease agreements
Capable to review the commercial side of lease agreement and negotiate for best terms and conditions
Research market, competitor’s policies, products, prices and provide market studies for potential business opportunities.
Analyze sales performances and trends of Ismaya brands at each mall to give insight to our Brand Leaders.
Source architects and contractors for our project teams to work with. Finding out which ones are doing what projects at the malls and assisting our team with the meet ups.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Min. 5 years of relevant business development experience in F & B business.
Extensive networks in F&B/Retail industry
Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind
Have STRONG communication and negotiation skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Willing to travel

Process Payment (manual and online)
Perform Others Treasury Function
