Minimum 2 years experienced handling MCU test
Having lisence of Petugas Paparan Radiasi (SIB PPR)

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER & SAFETY OFFICERR
General responsibilities :
Responsible in handling all documents from retrieving, compiling and distributing.
Produce Records of document retrieve, existed, produce and distributed
Assuring all department has an updated and controlled document
Organize schedule & invitation of both training and meeting for OHS.
Set up audit plan schedule and its implementation
Able to attend or to assist or to accompany if needed team conducting site survey or escorting VVIP or any other duties relating in health and safety
Requirements :
Male, age max 35 years old
Min. Diploma of Nursing Academy with valid lisence
Having AK3 Umum , Bachelor degree (S-1) of K3 from University of Indonesia is a plus
Having knowledge of ISO, OHSAS
Having 2 years experience in the same position
Fluent spoken and written English is an absolute must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Multi tasking job with high level of commitment
