ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Based in Cikarang
Main Responsibilities:
To maintain daily petty cash advance and disbursement, and to conduct monthly physical cash count and reconciliation.
Account Payable for vendor, employee advance/ claim, as well as inter-company invoices; from creating new vendor master data, posting into SAP, proper documentation, until the submission for payment transfer.
Responsible for scrap material invoice and to receive payment for sales of scrap.
To prepare and input all taxes: VAT, Pph psl 4 ayat 2, Pph 21, Pph 22, Pph 23, Pph 25, and Pph 26 on e-tax program.
To generate and prepare SSP and SPT monthly for all taxes.
Monthly VAT report and general ledger reconciliation.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
Having at least 1-2 years of working experience in the area of AP, Tax and cashier.
Preferably holding Tax certification of Brevet A & B
Having knowledge of accounting software SAP is an advantage
Proficient in all MS Office applications
Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, and under pressure
Good verbal & written command of English language
Able to commence immediately
