SOUS CHEF - BEUKENHOF RESTAURANT
Responsibilities:
Who could in charge & responsible to coordinate as a head kitchen
In charge of all the cooking as well as responsible in cold items
Responsible for garnishing and artistic elements during meal preparation
Supervise the entire kitchen staffs
Responsible to relay orders & supervise the team works to serving the orders right and promptly
Keeping and maintaining quality standards and hygiene in kitchen
Assists with ordering and keeping inventory
Requirements:
Male
Max. 40 years old
4+ years experience working in a professional kitchen (international class hotel)
Experienced in Western/European Food
Menu development experience
Knowledge and experience in all roles of the kitchen
Understanding of food safety, equipment safety and sanitation regulations
Positive attitude
Team leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle stress well
Time management skills
Willing to work in hillside atmosphere
