ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - CIREBON
Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the team to achieve sales target, contribution and KPI
Maintain the effective stock management system to maximize sales , profitability and minimize shrinkage
Lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
Analyze and report the business performance of store
Lead the meeting every month
Manage the day-to-day Basic Operations (Cleanlines,Clarity,Comfort & Control)
Manage and supervise the team to implementation of Operational Procedure (SOP)
Review Performance Appraisal

Requirements:
At least Diploma, Bachelor degree in any field.
Minimum 3 year(s) experience working in retail store.
Age between 27 - 35 years old
Possess good customer service, good analytical and drive in achieving sales target
Able to work with shifting schedule and public holiday/weekend
Fluent in English is a must (active and passive)
